Iscr2u Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the iscr2u platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the iscr2u platform via iscr2u.ws or any associated mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the iscr2u platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and iscr2u ("Platform", "we", "us"). Any user who registers an account or makes a transaction on this platform is deemed to have accepted these Terms in full and without reservation. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The iscr2u platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Any registration by an underage individual is automatically void, and the account in question will be closed immediately upon discovery.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the iscr2u platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information, including your full name, Malaysian identity card number and valid contact details. Any false or inaccurate information found may result in your account being suspended or terminated without compensation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. iscr2u will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact customer support immediately and change your password.
As a user of the iscr2u platform, you agree to:
- Not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Not attempt to access another user's account or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.
- Not use automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent from iscr2u.
- Not distribute content that is offensive, threatening or that infringes the rights of any party through the platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using the platform.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the iscr2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied for deposits or withdrawals by Malaysian users. Accepted payment methods include internet banking, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other methods listed in the deposit section of your account.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. iscr2u is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user during a transaction. All deposits are final once confirmed by the system.
Withdrawals will only be processed once a user's identity verification (KYC) has been successfully completed. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the status of any relevant review. iscr2u reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes if any unusual activity is detected on the account.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Iscr2u reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: suspected fraud or attempted fraud, breach of these Terms, provision of false information during registration, unlawful activity, or misuse of promotions and bonuses. In the event of a suspension, any valid account balance will be processed in accordance with iscr2u's standard withdrawal policy once the investigation is concluded. Accounts permanently closed due to proven fraud will not be eligible for any refund.
Iscr2u shall not be liable for:
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or events beyond our control.
- Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
- Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
- Transaction processing delays caused by third-party issues such as banks or payment providers.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Platform Content
All content on the iscr2u platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software and interface elements — is the exclusive property of iscr2u and is protected under copyright laws applicable in Malaysia. Users may not copy, distribute, republish or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from iscr2u.
The iscr2u platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers and game content providers. iscr2u is not responsible for the privacy policies, content or practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to read the terms and policies of third parties separately before using their services.
The iscr2u brand name, trademarks and logos are registered property. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Iscr2u reserves the right to amend, update or add to any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without individual notice to users. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes in effect.
Your continued use of the iscr2u platform following any published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms without any further action required on your part. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account by contacting customer support.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation between the user and iscr2u within 30 days of the dispute arising.
- If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
- Any legal claims must be filed in the jurisdiction applicable to the operation of this platform.
